Responsibilities

• Provide educational consultation to prospective students and their parents.

• Handle inquiries and follow up on student application processes.

• Assist students with admissions to local and overseas schools, colleges, or universities.

• Explore and study all related local and overseas education programs; prepare related brochures and product materials.

• Conduct literature reviews, market research, and competitor analysis of new and existing programs.

• Oversee daily operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing reports to management for strategic decision-making.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above is required.

• Relevant experience in the education sector or education consultancy is required.

• Good command of written Chinese and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.

• Good computer skills are preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• Mature, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Senior Officer / Officer role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional education consulting services to students and parents who are interested in further study.

• Handling related inquiries and actively following up on students' application process.

• Assist students in applying to local and overseas schools, community colleges or universities.

• Explore and research various local and overseas education courses, and compile related promotional brochures and product information.

• Conduct literature reviews, market research, and competitive analysis to evaluate existing and developing courses.

• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Monitor and analyze performance indicators, provide reports to management to assist strategic decision-making.

• Execute other related temporary tasks.

Requirements:

• Have relevant work experience in the education sector or education consulting industry.

• Have good Chinese writing skills, as well as fluent Cantonese, Mandarin, and English communication skills.

• Applicants with good computer skills will be given priority.

• Have excellent communication skills and be careful in your dealings.

• Maturity, sense of responsibility, and ability to handle work independently.

• Applicants with less experience may be considered for employment as Senior Officer/Officer.
