Pharmacist

<p>Job Responsibilities:<br>1. According to the doctor's prescription, accurately distribute drugs to patients to ensure safe and effective drug use.<br>2. Provide professional drug consultation services, including guiding patients to use drugs correctly, explaining possible drug side effects and interactions.<br>3. Verify the prescription issued by the doctor, check for potential drug interactions or adverse reactions, and ensure patient medication safety.<br>4. Maintain and manage patients’ medication records, and be responsible for the inventory management of controlled drugs and medical supplies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.<br>5. Supervise and train pharmacy interns and other pharmacists, enhance team professional ability; be responsible for the storage and management of special drugs such as vaccines and sera.<br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Hold a valid and legal pharmacist's license, with rich pharmacy theory knowledge and practical operation experience.<br>2. Familiar with the mechanism of action, indications and contraindications of various drugs, and able to independently handle complex drug interaction problems. <br>3. Have excellent communication skills, be able to clearly convey drug use information to patients and answer their questions.<br>4. Detailed and careful work attitude, attention to details, and able to precisely execute drug distribution and record management work. <br>5. Understand pharmaceutical management related laws and regulations, and be able to follow industry standards for drug ordering, storage and use.</p>
