Job Description

Responsibilities

Developing the mechanical components and assemblies for our robotic medical devices / systems
Collaborating with the electrical and software teams to integrate the mechanical, electrical, and medical device with control systems seamlessly
Overseeing the production and testing of mechanical prototypes, working closely with suppliers and partners
Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical-related issues during the R&D process and production phases
Contributing to the development of internal design standards, processes, and documentation
Assisting with the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and proposals for stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
3 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering, preferably in the robotics, medical devices or mechatronics industry
Knowledge/Hands-on experience in industrial or 6-axis robotic arm controlling is highly preferable
Proficient in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools
Solid understanding of mechanical principles, structural analysis, kinematics, and dynamics
Experience in the design and integration of mechanical systems, including actuators, sensors, and control components
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
