Interior Designer
Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall interior design and planning of residential, commercial and office spaces, including concept design, floor planning, material selection, lighting design and 3D rendering

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and present solutions, optimize design details based on feedback, and ensure that the final results meet the functional, aesthetic, and budget requirements

• Coordinate construction team, contractors and suppliers, follow up on site construction progress, handle technical issues and on-site adjustments

• Prepare design specifications, material lists, construction drawings and related technical documents, ensuring that the drawings comply with the Hong Kong Building Ordinance and fire safety regulations

• Participate in the early stage of project survey, measurement and late stage of acceptance work, provide professional advice and assistance in completing the delivery process

Work requirements

• Have a background in interior design, architecture or related fields, academic qualifications are not limited; fresh graduates and those with practical experience are welcome to apply

• Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, etc. design software operations

• Able to communicate and express oneself in Cantonese, Mandarin and English on a daily basis, with cross-cultural collaboration skills

• Have good aesthetic sense, spatial logical thinking and problem-solving skills, and pay attention to details and execution quality
