Responsibilities and scope
- Report to the engineer, execute the daily operation of the technical team, follow up on maintenance work orders, and organize the management of mechanical and electrical equipment and building infrastructure
- Conduct regular inspections, assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance plans
- Maintain relevant quality and progress documents, records and reports
- Request and follow up on repair and improvement engineering quotations and construction
- Responsible for inventory management and purchasing
- Lead and supervise technical teams and contractors to complete repair and maintenance projects
Position requirements
- Hold a higher diploma or associate degree in electrical engineering/mechanical engineering/building services engineering or related disciplines
- Must have at least six years of practical experience in mechanical and electrical installation maintenance and repair, familiar with BMS operation, with particular emphasis on handling property maintenance or related emergency situations
- Have leadership skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Hold a registration certificate for electrical engineering personnel of Class A or above
- Familiar with computer operations to handle procurement procedures, process maintenance orders, report facility status and formulate maintenance plans
* Work five days a week on a rotating basis, with working hours of 08:00/ 09:00/ 11:00, or you may need to follow a shift schedule to arrange your work
