Requirement;
- General deskside support service through phone and email (such as email account, printer, setup and support, etc…)
- Provide support services on coming new iPAD apps
- Provide support on coming new IT devices including iPAD.
- Provide basic technical / user support on customer's Apps
- Troubleshooting software connectivity and browsing problem
- Recording all incoming service request into the call-log system / file
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of experience in technical support service with helpdesk support, preferably in insurance industry.
- Computer hardware and software troubleshooting / diagnostic skills.
- Proficient in popular software in both Microsoft Windows and Mobile App (Android, iOS, iPad and tablet) and laptop
- Experience in scale of event and conference meeting support, Audio and Video devices set up
- Experience in ITSM ticket handling skills.
- Basic technical writing and documentation skills.
- Good command of spoken in Cantonese, MandarinandEnglish
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 OR 09:00 to 18:00 OR 10:00 to 19:00 (On-site)
