Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating and arranging daily goods delivery work to ensure smooth operation of the delivery process.
Lead the delivery team to complete delivery tasks in designated areas on time, and supervise work progress and service quality.
Communicate with the warehouse and dispatch department, verify the delivery list and the actual delivery quantity, and ensure accuracy.
Handle unexpected situations that may arise during delivery, such as traffic delays, customer contact issues, or abnormal goods.
Assist the supervisor in personnel attendance management, tool and equipment inspection, and daily operation report filling.

Work requirements

Have relevant logistics or delivery team management experience, those who have served as team leader or similar positions are given priority.
Able to speak fluent Cantonese, with basic Chinese writing skills, and able to clearly record work items and communication information.
Familiar with Hong Kong's road environment and main commercial areas, with good sense of direction and route planning ability.
Responsibility and leadership, able to effectively coordinate teams under pressure to complete tasks.
Applicants with a valid Hong Kong driving license and able to operate a light truck will be given priority.
