Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test Lead to oversee our onshore and offshore testing teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across a range of technology products, including web applications and mobile apps. This role requires a strong leader who can navigate complex application testing in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage both onshore and offshore testing teams to ensure effective UAT processes across all tech products.
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for complex applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and business stakeholders, to define testing requirements.
Review and analyze business requirements and functional specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Design, execute, and maintain test cases, scripts, and scenarios for web and mobile applications.
Monitor and report testing progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely communication.
Identify areas for improvement in the testing process and promote best practices in software quality assurance.
Mentor and train team members in testing methodologies and tools.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to software testing.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in software testing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in UAT, functional, regression, and performance testing of complex applications.
Proficiency in testing tools and automation frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
