Commercial Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to sales and client services teams

• Manage end-to-end order processing and monitor fulfilment status

• Maintain client onboarding records, contracts, and CRM data with accuracy

• Prepare and maintain key documents (invoices, delivery notes, purchase records)

• Coordinate cross-functional communication with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, Legal, and Marketing teams

• Support the execution of sales initiatives and ensure smooth workflow alignment

• Respond to client and supplier enquiries across Cantonese, English, and Mandarin

• Track inventory-related documentation and assist in stock coordination

• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance summaries

• Maintain accurate records within internal systems

• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Candidate Profile

• Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Business or related disciplines

• Fresh graduates welcome; prior experience is an advantage

• Fluent in Cantonese, with good command of English and Mandarin

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience is a plus

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Eligible to work in Hong Kong (PR / TTPS / QMAS / IANG / Dependent Visa, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary: HKD 16,000 – 20,000 (based on qualifications)
