Real Estate Agent - Customer Manager Senior Property Consultant Intern

Job Responsibilities:

Assist senior property consultants in handling customer inquiries and providing professional real estate consulting services
Collect and organize market data, and assist in formulating property promotion strategies
Accompany customers to view properties, introduce property details and answer related questions
Assist in handling buying or leasing transaction processes, including document processing and follow-up
Establish and maintain customer relationships, and uncover potential customer needs

Requirements:

Secondary school graduation or above, with strong interest in the real estate industry
Have good communication skills and interpersonal network building ability
Responsibility, able to handle and follow up customer needs independently
Need basic computer operations knowledge, familiar with common office software
No need for relevant experience, the company provides comprehensive training
