Accounting Officer
Work location: Ciqikou
Working hours: Long and short weeks 09:00 - 18:00; five to six days work week (bank holidays)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily accounting, monthly statements, and financial statement preparation.

• Handle income and expense receipts, employee salary calculations, and related accounting records.

• Collect, input and organize various types of file and document data, ensure data accuracy and completeness.

• Assist in the preparation of engineering-related documents, including verification of contract forms, file archiving, email collection of quotations, preparation of quotation analysis tables, engineering photo report sorting and preparation of related reports.

• Perform general office work, such as data input, file organization, and internal coordination, etc.

• Complete other work assignments assigned by the supervisor.

Work requirements

• College education or above, majoring in accounting or related subjects is preferred.

• Have two or more years of accounting-related work experience.

• Familiarity with computer operations, familiar with the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office software.

• Careful and organized, with the ability to handle work independently.

• Good Cantonese communication skills; general Mandarin and English; able to read and write Chinese and English.

Benefits

• Monthly salary $17,000 - $20,000 (depending on experience).
