Quality Assurance Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Follow up on product quality standards and testing procedures to ensure compliance with established quality requirements

• Perform incoming material, process and finished product sample inspections, and accurately record all inspection results

• Assist in handling abnormal product cases, participate in root cause analysis and push for implementation of improvement measures

• Support internal quality audit work, assist in preparing audit documents and following up corrective actions

• Write daily QA reports, perform quality data analysis and summary, and provide basic analysis support

• Maintain quality record systems to ensure timely filing and compliance with traceability requirements

Work requirements

• Detail-oriented and responsible, organized, and able to complete assigned tasks independently

• Applicants with QC/QA experience or a scientific and technical background are welcome, as are fresh graduates

• Preference will be given to those who can read basic technical documents (such as specifications, work instructions, etc.)

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and other office software, with basic data recording and processing capabilities

• Secondary School Diploma or above, no work experience required

• Fluent Cantonese, able to read and write English, good Mandarin communication skills

• Can work in the Kowloon district, with working hours from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday
