Renovation Project Manager

<div>Job Description: Interior Design Project Manager<br><br>Job Responsibilities:<br>1. Responsible for the overall planning and management of the renovation project to ensure that the work is completed on time and of high quality.<br>2. Coordinate communication between designers, construction teams and suppliers to ensure a smooth transition between each stage.<br>3. Create a detailed construction progress schedule and supervise its execution, and adjust the plan in a timely manner to respond to unexpected situations.<br>4. Control project costs, review material purchase lists and budgets, and ensure effective use of resources.<br>5. Regularly report to customers on project progress, collect feedback and make corresponding adjustments.<br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Have a background in architecture or interior design, with at least five years of experience in managing renovation projects.<br>2. Familiar with the installation industry standards and processes, understand the latest installation materials and technology applications. <br>3. Have good organizational skills, be able to handle multiple projects at the same time and maintain high efficiency.<br>4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, able to properly solve various problems during the construction process.<br>5. Detailed guidance and stress resistance ability, able to maintain calm judgment under tight deadlines.</div><div>6.
