Marketing Director

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic Leadership:</strong> Lead and manage the property marketing team to achieve organizational goals.</li> <li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for property listings and brand positioning.</li> <li><strong>Market Research:</strong> Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.</li> <li>Analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign effectiveness.</li> <li><strong>Social Media Management: </strong>Oversee social media marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.</li> <li>Create and manage content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.</li> <li><strong>Agency Collaboration:</strong> Collaborate with external agencies to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.</li> <li>Explore new vendors & business partners and cause to produce various marketing inputs, especially in digital media</li> <li><strong>Performance Analysis: </strong>Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.<br>Prepare reports for senior management on marketing effectiveness and ROI.<br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within an agency environment.</li> <li>Knowledge in Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance is a plus</li> <li>Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships.<br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.</li> <li>Familiarity with real estate marketing strategies and practices.</li> <li>Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.</li> </ul>
