Job Title: Production Supervisor [Chinese-style bags]
Work content:

• Completely responsible for the production process management of Chinese-style pastry, including raw material preparation, dough making, filling mixing, shaping baking and cooling packaging, etc. Ensure that it meets the predetermined process standards and production targets.

• Operate and supervise automated production equipment (such as dough mixers, partitioners, molders, steam ovens and baking ovens), regularly collaborate with technicians for maintenance and basic fault detection, and ensure stable production line operation.

• Implement full-process quality control, including raw material incoming inspection, in-process product inspection, finished product sensory and weight testing, and record relevant data according to food safety regulations, and correct deviations in real time.

• Coordinate the daily shift schedule, task assignment, and on-site guidance of the production team under your supervision, monitor the progress of each process and manpower allocation, and submit daily reports, abnormal reports, and improvement suggestions to the factory production manager on time.

• Ensure production environment, employee personal hygiene and equipment cleaning meet food safety regulations and company requirements according to internal organizational guidance.

Work requirements:

• Have 3 to 5 years of practical production and management experience in a Chinese-style cooked food or steamed bun/baking factory, those who have served as group leader or equivalent rank are preferred; those familiar with traditional Chinese bagel making such as baozi, mantou, and shaomai are especially good.

• Holding a Hong Kong secondary school diploma (Grade Five) or above, with a higher diploma/associate degree qualification; those holding a "food safety certificate", a "food safety management certificate" or a "vocational training council (VTC) food-related diploma" will be given priority.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, able to accommodate shift arrangements (10 hours per day, including 1 hour for meals), working hours between 07:00 and 22:00, rotating shifts, and monthly 6th day off.

• Have basic digital analysis skills, be able to interpret production reports, yield statistics and loss analysis; pay attention to details, strong sense of responsibility, and be able to maintain clear judgment and team coordination in a high-paced environment.
