NPD Capsule Technologist（珠海）

As a Capsule Technologist, you will be responsible for the development of capsule dosage forms, ensuring their smooth development, and working with the company's production department to ensure a smooth transfer.

Working location: Guangdong Zhuhai

Main responsibilities

1. Develop new types of capsule-based health products, including but not limited to Chinese herbal capsule, probiotic capsule, and Western drug supplement capsule.
2. Participate in the new product work process. Coordinate with various departments during the product development process.
3. Design product prototypes in the laboratory and conduct evaluation tests.
4. Conduct production trials and product quality evaluation.
5. Conduct scientific research and support label claims.
6. Ensure that the product meets the legal, quality and safety standards of the designated market.
7. Provide technical support for the production process
8. Participate in the re-formulation of existing products.
9. Other specified special project requirements

Employment qualifications

Educational requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in traditional Chinese medicine, food science, and biological science.

2. Have relevant professional degrees and academic qualifications.

Work experience

1. At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

2. Senior scientists will consider experienced candidates.
3. Have laboratory research and development work experience.


6. Knowledge of functional food ingredients and Chinese herbal capsule is preferred.

2. Have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, and be able to maintain work quality and efficiency in a high-pressure environment.
