Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for real estate agency-related business, including customer reception, property promotion, accompanying customers to view properties, assisting in the buying and selling process and leasing process, etc. front-line sales work.
- Through company support to obtain a real estate broker license (if necessary), and to execute authorized business scope under compliance supervision before holding the license.
- Aggressively expand your customer network, build long-term trust relationships, continuously follow up on potential deal opportunities, and strive for high commission returns.
Work requirements
- Yearly 18 years old, passionate about the real estate industry, no need for relevant experience; fresh graduates and career changers are welcome to apply.
- Have good communication skills and service awareness, be proactive in interacting with customers of different backgrounds, and show affinity and responsibility.
- Willing to undergo systematic training, high learning willingness, and able to cooperate with the company's arrangements for classes, examinations, and practical guidance.
- Have basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, understand Cantonese as a must, and be able to use smartphones and common communication tools simply for daily work.
- Positive and proactive attitude, valuing team collaboration, adapting to a youthful and open-supportive work culture, and not fearing challenges and growth pressure.
