Pan-Asia Catering (Hong Kong) was established in 1990 and provides catering services to local institutional customers such as universities, hospitals, government departments, and public and private organizations through a well-managed, effective and flexible, properly reliable, resource-rich, and creative operation model.
Responsibilities:
- Properly execute personnel management and overall restaurant operations
- Cost control and management of various items,
- Lead the store employees to provide quality customer service
Requirements:
- Second 5, with at least 4 years of restaurant management experience
- Positive, flexible, and independent in decision-making
- Leadership skills, human resources management, and supervision skills
- Good Cantonese, able to read and write Chinese
Working hours:
6 days a week, 9 hours work (shifts and breaks)
