Project Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize all documentation related to projects and operations

• Perform data entry and maintain electronic databases with accuracy

• Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes

• Support various administrative functions as required by the project department

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience in clerical support in the engineering field or procurement

• Level 2 "Grade E" (before 2007) or above in Chinese Language and English Language "Syllabus B" (before 2007) in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent

• English word processing speed of 20 words per minute and Chinese word processing speed of 15 words per minute

• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
