Job Title: Scalp Treatment Consultant

• Provide professional scalp detection services to customers, using scalp detection equipment to analyze hair loss, sensitivity, and other scalp problems.

• Based on the customer's scalp condition and needs, we will develop a personalized scalp care plan and treatment program.

• Explain scalp health-related knowledge to customers, provide professional advice and daily care instructions.

• Regularly track customer treatment feedback, adjust nursing plans, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Maintain good customer relationships, build long-term trust, and enhance brand loyalty.

• Applicants with relevant certificates will be given priority, such as Chinese medicine, nursing or beauty-related qualifications.

• Need to be familiar with the operation and basic analysis ability of scalp detection instruments.

• Have good communication skills, be able to clearly express professional opinions and effectively solve customer doubts.

• Have customer service experience, sense of responsibility, and be proactive in caring about customer needs.

• Interested in the scalp health field, willing to continue learning and improving professional skills.
