Part-time or full-time warehouse operations clerk (Kowloon air-conditioned warehouse, 5 days work)

Working scope

• Responsible for daily warehouse operations (including receiving goods, unpacking goods, inspecting goods, moving goods and reducing warehouse space);

• Handle daily orders (including printing, picking up, packaging and boxing, and record keeping);

• Organize warehouse space and shelves, inventory count and update inventory records;

• Arrange transportation and other administrative work;

• Responsible for logistics file archiving and updating daily reports;

• Assist in handling assigned tasks by the supervisor and support other colleagues

Work nature

• Long-term physical labor work (based on daily work goals)

• Need to move heavy objects, weighing at least 15 to 20 kg

Position requirements

• Educational qualifications of secondary five or above;

• 1 year or above warehouse work experience is preferred;

• Familiarity with the operation of electric or manual injection;

• Have basic computer operations knowledge, such as Microsoft Office and Excel;

• Able to read and write in Chinese and English;

• Good communication skills, proactive, punctual, hard-working, honest, and cooperative spirit;

• Responsibility, hard work, and the ability to handle work independently

Working hours and location

• Working days: Part-time 3 to 5 days per week; full-time 5 days (bank holidays)

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

• Working location: near the Kowloon Tong MTR station (6 minutes walk)
