交棒大使（Contract/Part-time）

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct pre-handover inspections and oversee initial cleaning.</li> <li>Provide quality handover and customer service for new residential projects.</li> <li>Assist with booking arrangements and respond to hotline inquiries.</li> <li>Address general inquiries and complaints, ensuring follow-up actions.</li> <li>Coordinate defect rectification with the project team.</li> <li>Perform assigned ad hoc tasks.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>HKCEE / HKALE (A-Level) / HKDSE or higher.</li> <li>Experience in residential property handover preferred.</li> <li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure.</li> <li>Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.</li> <li>Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.</li> <li>Shift duty required (5 days per week).</li> <li>Immediate availability preferred; fresh graduates welcome to apply.</li> </ul>
