Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the food delivery between each table and the kitchen in the restaurant, ensuring that the dishes are delivered to the customers' table on time, complete, and at the appropriate temperature.
Familiar with the menu and daily special dishes, able to cooperate with waiters to give a brief introduction or confirm the order of serving and special requirements (such as no scallion, spicy)
Assist in completing early market preparation work before the market opens, including tableware placement, tray preparation, food and beverage service passage cleaning, and related material replenishment.
After the market closes, a full-scale sanitation and cleaning is carried out, covering the food delivery area, preparation counter, wall oil stains, ground stains, and common tools (trays, insulation racks, etc.) are cleaned and disinfected.
Assist in maintaining the order of the backline, communicate well with chefs and service staff, and promptly report abnormal situations (such as missing orders, incorrect orders, and abnormal dishes)

Requirements:

Aged 16 or above, in good health, free from infectious diseases, and able to adapt to standing work and frequent short-term movements and lifting (single weight not exceeding 10 kg).
Have basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, be able to identify dish names, table numbers, and simple work instructions; those with restaurant industry experience are preferred, and those with no experience can receive training.
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, proactive observation and coordination with front and back stages, basic time management awareness and team spirit.
Pay attention to personal hygiene and appearance, follow food safety and sanitation standards, and hold a valid health certificate before employment.
