Marketing Associate (Integrated Marketing & Retention Focus)

At Bellaura, we discover most trusted skincare brands to the Hong Kong with passion and expertise. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. This role focuses on integrated marketing, especially retention and membership marketing, with a mix of digital content creation and on-ground campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Handle membership management platforms, execute membership retention and promotion campaigns to strengthen customer loyalty and engagement.

• Develop SEO-friendly website articles and updates to maintain and improve Google search rankings.

• Brainstorm and support integrated marketing campaigns that connect online shops with on-ground activations such as pop-up stores.

• Provide event support and coordination for pop-up or ad hoc events when required.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in digital or integrated marketing, preferably in the retail, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.

• Hands-on experience with EDM tools, basic graphic design, and SEO-driven content writing.

• Familiar with membership or CRM platforms (e.g., Eber, Klaviyo). Training will be Provided.

• Strong communication skills with a sense of creativity, curiosity, and teamwork.

• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

• Bonus: Knowledge of Korean, especially verbal communication skills.
