Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
• Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare journal entries
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes
• Utilize financial software to organize and maintain financial records
• Prepare regulatory reports for compliance purposes
• Mentor junior accounting staff in best practices
• Collaborate with the finance team on corporate finance activities
• Conduct financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance

Skills

• Proficiency in Quicken or similar financial software
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, bank reconciliation, budgeting, and journal entries
• Experience in regulatory reporting and financial auditing
• Ability to mentor junior staff in accounting practices
• Understanding of corporate finance principles

License/Certification:
