Lead from initial contact, needs analysis, solution proposal, negotiation and signing to on-the-ground execution of the full business development process, ensuring smooth collaboration and continuous deepening.
Collaborate with internal teams (such as operations, technology, marketing) to integrate resources and push cross-departmental projects into implementation; at the same time, actively participate in industry exchange activities to expand the sustainable food network.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, with 1 to 3 years of business development or sales-related work experience; those with baking, retail, supermarket or catering industry background and existing industry connections are given priority.
Proficient in Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin and basic English communication skills, and able to flexibly meet the communication needs of different background merchants and partners.
Have excellent proactive, learning and stress resistance abilities; good at independent work, and also able to promote goals efficiently with a team; have basic data analysis awareness, and be able to adjust strategies based on business feedback.
Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, able to work at Galaxy Building, No. 303, Sai Fai Road, Wan Chai, with a weekly working schedule of five days (Monday to Friday), with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm daily.
Benefits:
Monthly salary range of HKD$30,000–$60,000, with a base salary plus a high proportion of commission, and salary negotiable based on experience and performance.
