Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Lead the customer service team to ensure that all services are executed in accordance with company standards and resident expectations, and improve overall service quality.
Regularly train and guide front-line service personnel to enhance their professional skills and customer service level.
Coordinate property management team and external service suppliers, promote cross-departmental collaboration, and optimize resident experience.
Monitor daily operations, make improvement suggestions, and ensure service efficiency and compliance.

Work requirements

Applicants with secondary five education or above are required to hold a valid 'Security Officer Permit' and 'Basic Security Training Course Certificate'.
Have three or more years of customer service-related work experience, those with property management industry background are given priority.
Able to speak fluent Cantonese and English, with good writing skills in Chinese and English, and a little understanding of Mandarin is an added condition.
Applicants with PMSAT2 qualifications will be given priority; proactive personality, strong sense of responsibility, good at communication and team collaboration.
