Patent Engineer (Graduate position - Electrical Engineering field)

Main responsibilities (your learning and growth path):

Learning to write and apply: Assist in writing high-quality Chinese and English patent specifications, and support patent application process affairs.

Analyzing technical solutions: In-depth study of technical disclosure documents from top customers, learning to discover and elaborate on patentable inventions.

Master legal argumentation: Learn to analyze and review opinion letters, and assist in preparing persuasive responses.

Develop customer communication skills: Assist senior colleagues in customer communication, learn the basics of patent consulting services.

Receive systematized training: Actively participate in our comprehensive internal training program, covering various aspects from basic patent law to advanced application strategies.

Qualifications and requirements:

Education: Hold a master's degree or above in related fields of applied science and engineering, such as communications, electronic engineering, automation, control, computer science, physics, etc.

Experience: No need for any patent industry experience. We warmly welcome fresh graduates to apply.

Language skills: Must have excellent writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English (Mandarin and English fluency). Candidates who received Chinese education during their undergraduate studies and English education during their graduate studies will be given priority.
