Responsible for lathe and mill

Control

Job Responsibilities

Operate and maintain various types of lathes, drills, and milling machines (cutter), according to the drawings and process requirements to complete the precise cutting of metal parts.
Set up the machine parameters, select suitable tools and fixtures according to the processing task list, and perform first-piece cutting and dimensional verification.
Comply with production planning and scheduling, deliver qualified parts on time, and fill out work records and quality inspection forms honestly.
Participate in process improvement and efficiency enhancement activities, assist engineering or quality assurance departments in new sample fabrication and problem analysis.

Work requirements.

Have basic measurement capabilities, familiar with the use of calipers, micrometers, height gauges, internal/external diameter micrometers, etc. common measuring tools.
