Medical customer service position description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for receiving visiting patients and their families, providing professional consultation and guidance services, and ensuring that each customer receives timely and effective assistance.
2. Assist in handling medical-related documents and data, including appointment scheduling, medical record management, etc. Ensure information is accurate and error-free.
3. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, answer questions about the diagnosis and treatment process, insurance claims, etc., and enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Collect and record customer feedback, regularly summarize and report, and provide reference for medical service improvement.
5. Collaborate with the medical team to complete other related services, ensuring the smooth operation of the medical institution.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, those with medical or service industry background are preferred.
2. Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be patient and meticulous in dealing with each customer.
3. Familiar with computer operations, with basic office software application skills, and able to efficiently handle various administrative work.
4. Work attitude is proactive, with good team spirit and adaptability.
5. Able to follow medical confidentiality rules and strictly protect customer personal information.
