Financial Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily accounting management of overseas companies, ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring data is true, accurate and timely

• Handle company accounts receivable and payable, track payment progress, and maintain good cash flow

• Handle tax declarations and Hong Kong-related compliance matters to ensure compliance with local regulations

• Assist in completing annual audit work, provide financial statements and other supporting documents
  Work requirements

• Have a bachelor's degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance or business-related fields, and have3 to 5 years of Hong Kong financeWork experience

• Applicants with accounting or financial industry background are preferred, familiar with International Accounting Standards is better

• Proficient in Excel and other commonly used office software, able to efficiently process financial data and statements

• Proficient in English and Mandarin, with good written and oral communication skills, and understandingMandarinPreference will be given to those who have completed the course

• High sense of responsibility, strong stress resistance, good at team collaboration and able to complete assigned tasks independently
