Job Responsibilities
- Participate in the human resources rotation plan for various modules, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations and salary and benefits, etc., and gain a comprehensive understanding of the human resources operation process.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of talent recruitment strategies, responsible for position posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up, etc.
- Design and implement a new employee onboarding training program, assist in organizing internal training activities, and enhance employee professional skills and organizational cohesiveness.
- Collect and analyze human resources-related data to assist in optimizing personnel deployment and organizational development decisions.
Work requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, human resources management, business management, psychology, etc. Relevant professional fresh graduates are preferred.
- Highly enthusiastic about the e-commerce industry, willing to develop long-term in this field, and having basic industry awareness is even better.
- Have good communication and coordination skills and team spirit, and be able to effectively interact with employees of different levels.
- Strong learning ability, high stress resistance, and able to adapt to rapidly changing business environments and parallel work rhythms with multiple tasks.
- Familiar with Office office software operations, with basic data sorting and analysis skills.
