Job Description

Team management (about 70%)

1. Team leadership

Lead and manage the GT channel (all Hong Kong pharmacy channel) sales team and the GS channel (Japanese department store) sales, set team sales targets, and ensure the team achieves the overall sales indicators.

2. Sales strategy formulation and decomposition

Based on the company's overall sales targets, develop annual and quarterly sales strategies, promotion plans for the GT (pharmacy) and GS (Japanese department store) channels, and delegate tasks to each team member.

3. Team training and skills improvement

Guide team members in professional skills such as customer negotiation, store execution, and data analysis, and enhance team overall execution.

4. Cross-departmental coordination

Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, etc. departments to optimize supply chain efficiency and ensure goods supply and market activities are synchronized.

Customer Management (about 30%)

1. Priority customer management

Responsible for high-level public relations, customer relationship maintenance, and annual contract negotiations with GT channel, Longfeng Pharmacy, and other top core customers.

2. Channel strategy formulation

3. High-level customer relationship maintenance

Regularly communicate with key pharmacy customers' headquarters procurement and management, establish long-term cooperative relations, and handle major customer complaints or abnormal problems.

Requirements:

1. More than 8 years of fast-moving consumer goods sales experience, of which at least 5 years are focused on the GT pipeline (pharmacy pipeline);

2. At least 3 years of team management experience (directly managing sales teams);

3. Have direct responsibility for negotiating with Longfeng Pharmacy;

4. Those who have experience in contacting or managing GS pipelines (Japanese department store) are preferred.
