<li>Coordinate the execution of all HR modules: responsible for recruitment (core position source, process landing), salary and performance (salary calculation, performance evaluation promotion), employee relations (dispute resolution, cultural activities), etc., ensuring efficient and compliant human resources processes;</li>

<li>Compliance and risk control: Follow up on labor law updates, adjust company HR policies (such as contracts, attendance); handle employee complaints and labor disputes, avoid compliance risks;</li>
<li></li>
<li>Team management: Lead HR officers to carry out their work, clarify their responsibilities and monitor their progress, and enhance their team's professional skills.</li>

<div>Work requirements</div><br>
<ul>
<li>Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, human resources management, business management, etc. Relevant professional preferred;</li>
<li>Work experience: More than 3 years of HR management experience, familiar with the six major modules, those with team management experience are preferred;</li>
<li>Professional skills: Proficient in labor laws and regulations, able to handle disputes independently; familiar with the recruitment process from start to finish, familiar with the salary and performance evaluation system;</li>
<li>Soft skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills, problem-solving ability, stress resistance, and service business awareness;</li>
<li>Tool Mastery: Proficient in Office, HR systems (such as lark);</li>
<li>Need to have Hong Kong permanent residency, as the company needs to process related work permits for employees;</li>

<li>Understand corporate overseas architecture design, those with relevant architecture deployment experience are preferred;</li>
<li>Applicants with legal backgrounds are preferred, as they can contribute to the company's compliance with regulations;</li>
<li>Understand the Hong Kong government's subsidy application policy for science and technology companies, those with relevant application experience are preferred.</li>
