Electrician (Monday to Friday: 5 days work/ stable and comfortable environment)

Main responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance of air conditioning systems, water pipes, power equipment, lighting, etc. daily facilities to ensure the smooth operation of the building
• Regularly inspect the building facilities, including the machine room, electricity meter room, etc., and record the equipment status
• In case of equipment failure or sudden situations (such as water leakage, power outage), provide immediate support and report to the supervisor
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Secondary school education or above
• Three or more years of relevant work experience (with maintenance and repair, plumbing work experience is preferred)
• Responsibility, punctuality, and a willingness to learn
• Preference will be given to those with relevant technical certificates (such as A license)
