Accounting and Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of import/export (I/E) shipping documents

• Assist in handling L/C Bank documentations

• Prepare tradeline declaration and arrange courier services

• Coordinate shipping schedule with factories and forwarders

• Handle daily accounting functions, mainly AP, general ledger transactions

• Assist with month-end closing and auditing tasks

• Responsible for filing, mailing, and data entry

• Perform outdoor assignments if necessary (e.g., cheque deposits and shipping document arrangements etc)

• Handle other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE qualification with LCCI Level II or equivalent

• Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience

• Proficient in PC skills, particularly Excel and Word; knowledge of Peachtree is a plus

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Strong interpersonal skills, responsible, willing to learn, and able to meet deadlines

• Fresh graduates will also be considered
