Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily operation and management of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth service process and high-quality dining experience
The restaurant's nature is to prepare dishes in front of the guests, where chefs can showcase their professional cooking skills and interactive services
Coordinate kitchen and service team collaboration, maintain a high-efficiency and clean working environment
Handling customer inquiries and feedback, promptly solving problems to enhance satisfaction

Work requirements

Have relevant work experience in the food and beverage industry, those with small theme restaurants or Japanese cuisine experience are preferred
Outgoing and cheerful personality, with good communication skills and service enthusiasm, able to naturally interact with customers
Familiar with basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine, those who understand Japanese food culture or sake are especially recommended
Able to work independently and lead a team, with basic management and shift coordination skills
Willing to focus on high standards of hygiene
