University Student Program (Marketing)

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct content analysis on short video platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram Reels. Etc.) including viewing volume, interaction rate, audience profile and topic heat evaluation.

• Use basic analysis tools or spreadsheet software to organize and analyze the results, and assist in writing a concise and clear analysis summary and recommendation report.

• Support team needs by completing assigned tasks during flexible hours (one morning from 9:00 to 12:00 every week) and supporting the early research and validation of market promotion strategies.

• Mixed work mode arrangement, collaborating and executing projects in the Hong Kong office and home environment, and regularly reporting progress through whatsapp.

Requirements:

• Holders of a Hong Kong Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree, majoring in marketing, business management and related fields, are preferred.

• Able to cooperate with the company's requirements, assist in shooting a video segment, and those who understand video editing are preferred.

• No need to have relevant work experience, welcome students who are currently studying or those who have just graduated;

• Fluent in Cantonese for daily communication, able to read and write simple analysis reports in Chinese and English.

• Familiar with mainstream short video platforms and content ecosystems, those who are interested in observing network culture and young consumer habits are especially suitable.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet local employment qualifications; be able to accommodate flexible work hours, and have self-discipline and remote collaboration abilities.
