Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for financial trading platform customer service and daily operations, ensuring smooth transaction processes
Execute intraday trading monitoring, account verification, out-personal payment and opening of accounts, etc. after-the-fact operations
Complete post-game data reconciliation, statistical summarization, and national team collaboration tasks

Work requirements

Fluent in Mandarin, fast and accurate typing (familiar with simplified Chinese characters)
Active work attitude, eager to learn New knowledge, and adaptable to shift work and night shifts
Polite, positive, good team spirit, and able to ensure long-term stability while employed
Passionate about the financial industry, data-driven, and willing to do financial customer service-related work
