Application Support-2

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide L1 & L2 support to Operations Systems, Rostering Systems, etc</li><li>Communicate effectively with business users to manage their expectations during daily operations, change request and all levels of incident support</li><li>Follow Client standards and frameworks for all tasks assigned</li><li>Review the Application Development with vendors and implementation work as required.</li><li>Oversee and QA the development of all solution components ensuring this meets requirements and complies with all relevant Client standards</li><li>Conduct any ad hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Degree holder with fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.</li><li>Application Support experience is preferred</li><li>Proved record of effective and professional verbal and written communication with business users</li><li>Knowledge of Java and SQL is beneficial.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills; promoting healthy relationships and team dynamics with internal and external stakeholders including vendors</li></ul><p></p><p>Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity; strong troubleshooting skills; ability to identify patterns and generate ideas</p>
