Senior Insurance Business Officer

Main responsibilities

• Develop and implement insurance business development strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Establish and maintain good customer relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailor-made insurance solutions.

• Analyze market trends, develop new customers and maintain existing customer base.

• Participate in business negotiations and contract signing to ensure the smooth completion of transactions.

• Prepare and present business reports, regularly review performance and adjust strategies.

• Guide and train new business personnel, share best practices and knowledge.

Employment qualifications

• University degree, insurance, finance or related professional preferred.

• 5 years of insurance sales or business development experience, those with management experience are preferred.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build long-term trust relationships with customers.

• Have good market analysis skills and business sensitivity.

• Preference will be given to those with relevant insurance business licenses.
