Job Description

Job Description:

  • Full responsibility for the daily operation of the restaurant, ensure a smooth and efficient service process, and continuously improve the overall service quality.
  • Coordinate the front of house (floor, bar) and back of house (kitchen) to ensure that all the elements work together seamlessly and achieve a consistent service standard.
  • Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) that cover service standards, meal efficiency, and emergency response mechanisms to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, train and manage all employees, build a positive and efficient team culture; responsible for employee scheduling, performance evaluation and career development counseling.
  • Regularly organize internal training to strengthen employees’ understanding and practice of menu knowledge, service skills, and brand value.
  • Through high-quality service experiences, we can increase customer retention rates, promote membership plans or loyalty activities, and enhance brand stickiness.
  • Responsible for achieving restaurant financial targets, including revenue budget control, cost management, and profit optimization.
  • Monitor food procurement, inventory management, and waste control to effectively reduce operating costs.
  • Analyze daily sales data and customer consumption behavior, formulate promotion plans and market activities, and enhance overall sales.
  • Strictly enforce food safety and sanitation management systems, regularly inspect food quality, equipment operation status, and environmental cleanliness.
  • In line with the group's market strategy, implement brand promotion activities locally to strengthen Ninetys' brand image and market influence.


Work requirements

  • High school education or above, majoring in hotel management, culinary management or related fields, are given priority.
  • At least 5 years of restaurant industry experience, with at least 3 years as a restaurant manager, and the ability to independently manage a complete team.
  • Applicants with high-end dining or chain restaurant management experience are preferred.
  • Familiar with the front and back of the restaurant's full process operation, proficient in service management, kitchen coordination and cost control, etc. core modules.
  • Proficient in common restaurant management systems and MS Office office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Have excellent leadership and team motivation skills, good at talent cultivation and conflict management.
  • Have excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities, be able to remain calm and make effective decisions in high-pressure environments.
  • Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin writing and oral expression skills, able to meet the needs of international customers.
