Job Description

Company introduction

Main Responsibilities (Job Duties)
➢Provide restaurant customers with POS system technical support and usage instructions through phone / instant messaging tools
➢Answer customer inquiries on POS system operations, settings, and functions during daily operations
➢With clarity, patience and professionalism, help customers quickly understand and solve problems
➢Record and follow up customer inquiries and issues, ensure appropriate handling and response
➢Collaborate with internal technical teams and relevant departments to follow up on more complex or upgrade-related system issues
➢Answer internal colleagues’ questions about system operations and processes, provide support
➢Continuously learn about new system features and updates to ensure the provision of the latest and correct information
➢Follow company guidelines to complete other customer service and support-related tasks

  • Required skills
    Good Cantonese expression ability, able to clearly explain technical concepts (understanding Mandarin / English is an advantage)
    Have basic computer operations knowledge, those with system, software or POS-related experience are preferred
    Excellent communication and problem analysis skills, able to systematically handle customer inquiries
    Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with good time management skills
    Understand basic document and system record operations (such as CRM or internal systems)
    Willing to learn new systems and technologies, and able to adapt to system updates and changes

    Patience, attention to detail, and the ability to calmly handle different types of customers
    Express yourself clearly, take responsibility, and value service quality
    Active and positive, willing to learn and self-improve
    Have good team spirit, and be willing to support colleagues
