Job Description

Main responsibilities:

l Process daily administrative and reception affairs, including general administrative work, archives, letter management and data input.

l Process and submit government documents, bank transactions, etc. for external affairs; assist in preparing, reviewing and submitting various government forms and documents.

l Regularly communicate with government departments by phone, email and written communication to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.

l Monitor project government approval progress, proactively collect and analyze the latest policies and regulations released by the Hong Kong government, and provide real-time information updates to the team.

l Process Manager assigns relevant administrative tasks.

Requirements:

l Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Administrative Management, Public Relations, Law or related sciences, are preferred.

l Excellent Cantonese communication skills, able to handle daily affairs of government departments; those with good Mandarin and English skills are even better.

l Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese and English input methods, work carefully and accurately.

l Can independently complete work, while at the same time possessing good team spirit.

Prioritization conditions:

l Have secretarial company or trust company work experience, familiar with the Hong Kong government's operating mode.

l Hold relevant professional qualification certificates.
