Digital Marketing Manager

<p>Job Duties</p><p>Lead the marketing efforts in Hong Kong and identify prospective customers for the sales team to follow and convert</p><p>Build and manage cross-channel corporate campaigns </p><p>Work strategically and tactically with clinic staff to generate innovative ideas and create content for growth through digital media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc)</p><p>Support the China marketing team and feed information to create content for digital media platforms in China </p><p>Conceptualize and implement creative ideas for company websites</p><p>Use a variety of inputs and data sources to understand target audiences and build a marketing strategy accordingly</p><p>Actively involved in training and coaching junior marketing staff</p><p>Provide regular reporting on marketing performance/metrics and dive deep into operational data to improve the customer experience</p><p>Requirements</p><p>Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines</p><p>At least 5 years of hands-on experience in digital/social media marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry</p><p>Proficiency with SEM, SEO, Google Analytics, Social Media Reporting, Full Campaign and Channel Analytics</p><p>Being result-driven with project management skills, multi-tasking, and able to meet tight deadlines</p><p>A strong team player with communication and relationship building skills with different stakeholders i.e., medical doctors, cross-functional colleague,s and consultants</p><p>Excellent in spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)</p><p>Passion for the healthcare industry and willing to learn</p><p>Immediate availability is highly preferred</p><p>We offer an attractive remuneration package to the right candidate.
