Job Description

Floor server

Service, delivery, cleaning

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for floor customer reception and seating, providing professional and intimate dining services, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for customers
Accurately receive and transmit kitchen orders, coordinate the pace of serving, and deliver meals to designated table positions at the appropriate time
Execute table cleaning, dish collection, and basic environmental maintenance during and after meals to maintain a clean and orderly business area
Assist the team in completing opening preparation (setting up tables, replenishing supplies) and closing work (cleaning the bar counter, floor, and equipment surfaces)

Work requirements

Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to face different types of customers with politeness, patience and a positive attitude
Have basic Chinese listening and speaking skills, be able to clearly understand customer needs and effectively collaborate with colleagues; understanding Cantonese or simple English is preferred
Quick response, able to juggle multiple tasks during peak hours, with basic time management and mild stress tolerance
Pay attention to personal hygiene and workplace appearance, follow food safety and restaurant cleaning standards
No relevant experience is required, welcome newcomers to apply; those with restaurant service experience are given priority
