Job Description
Front Desk Receptionist

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily reception of the company's lobby and front desk area, including visitor registration, guidance, telephone transfer and message delivery, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
  • Coordinate the meeting room reservation system, coordinate the site layout, equipment preparation and post-meeting cleaning, and support internal meetings and external customer negotiations.
  • Handle daily administrative affairs, such as receiving and sending express mail, file archiving, office supplies application and inventory management, and maintaining the front desk operation in an orderly and efficient manner.
  • Assist the human resources department with the new employee onboarding process, including ID card production, seat allocation notification, preliminary verification of employment information, etc. Provide basic support.
  • Closely cooperate with the management layer and other departments, flexibly respond to sudden situations (such as important guests' temporary visits, system failures or urgent liaison needs), and demonstrate a high sense of responsibility and adaptability.

Work requirements

  • Have secondary school graduation or above, fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, and able to communicate basicly in English (such as receiving international calls, reading simple emails) are preferred.
  • Have at least one year of front desk, administrative or customer service-related work experience, familiar with Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and common office equipment operations.
  • Appearance is neat and decent, with excellent communication skills and empathy, and the ability to face visitors from different backgrounds with a positive attitude.
  • Pay attention to details, be clear and orderly, and be able to maintain work efficiency and accuracy in a multitasking environment. Have basic time management skills.
  • Have good professional ethics, strictly abide by the confidentiality principle, and be responsible for keeping company internal information and customer data confidential.
