Job Description

Air conditioning technician (foreign worker)

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair and fault diagnosis of air conditioning systems in commercial buildings, residential properties and industrial facilities, covering split systems, multi-split systems (VRV/VRF), central air conditioning and chiller units, etc. various equipment;
Regularly inspect the air conditioning operation status, record operating parameters, submit maintenance reports and suggest improvement solutions;
Cooperate with project managers and customer requirements, complete emergency maintenance and installation engineering within the specified time limit to ensure system stability;
Follow the construction site safety rules and occupational safety and health regulations, correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE), and participate in regular safety training and drills.

Work requirements

Holding a B-level or above registration qualification for refrigeration and air conditioning engineering issued by the Hong Kong Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD), or equivalent overseas accreditation qualification (subject to review and confirmation by the relevant Hong Kong agency);
Have three or more years of on-site air conditioning system installation and maintenance practical experience, familiar with mainstream brands (such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Carrier, etc.) equipment operation and technical documentation;
Able to independently read English technical manuals, circuit diagrams and engineering drawings, with basic written and oral communication skills;
Holding a valid Hong Kong Special Administrative Region work visa (Input Labor Plan approval), and meeting all the statutory conditions for the employment of foreign labor by the Immigration Department;
Responsibility, team spirit and good service awareness, able to adapt to outdoor high-altitude work, shift work and sudden overtime arrangements.
