Job Description

Duties include:

Responsible for the development of new customers in the small KA channel (7-11, Sasa) and the expansion of existing customers' new stores and new areas, formulating and implementing channel entry strategies, and improving brand coverage in the channel.

2. Assist large KA channel management

3. Customer Relationship Management

Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with various channels or category managers, regularly conduct business reviews, identify growth opportunities and potential risks, and proactively propose solutions.

4. Sales strategy execution

Assist the sales manager in formulating annual sales strategies for small KA and large KA channels, and independently execute monthly and quarterly promotional plans to ensure that sales targets are met.

5. Market insight and competitive product analysis

Regularly collect competitive product dynamics (promotional methods, pricing strategies, new product trends) from the channel, output analysis reports and propose corresponding countermeasures.

6. Internal coordination

Coordinate and communicate with the marketing department, supply chain department, etc., ensure timely supply chain response; Collaborate with the marketing department to promote sales promotion materials and samples.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, marketing, business management related professional preferred.

2. More than 4 years of experience in fast-moving consumer goods sales or customer management.

4. Have resources or contact experience with small KA channels (7-11, Sasa)

5. Can independently expand business or open up channels.
