As your business expands, you will become the core force of the business expansion team, driving the brand and business to new heights! Outstanding performers may be promoted to Business Development Manager/Supervisor and may have the opportunity to participate in company strategy formulation and team management.
Main responsibilities
- Actively develop new cooperation channels (schools, intermediaries, education institutions, overseas cooperation partners, corporate customers)
- Design and implement sales strategies, drive occupancy rate and revenue growth
- Establish long-term cooperative relationships and expand B2B and B2C customer groups
- Plan and lead promotion activities, Roadshow, Room Tour, and enhance brand exposure
- Analyze market trends and propose business growth advice and strategies
- Collaborate with the team to shape a positive corporate culture and promote a Co-Living community atmosphere

Qualifications and skills
- DSE/Grade Five or above (College/University preferred)
- More than 3 years of sales / business development / BD experience (education, student dormitories, hotels, serviced apartments or property management is preferred)
- Have experience in building a partner network, familiar with B2B / B2C modes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle student, professional and partner inquiries
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, able to independently achieve sales targets
- Result-oriented, able to withstand pressure and continuously pursue performance breakthroughs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
- Good trilingual skills (Cantonese, Mandarin, English) allow for seamless communication with local and international guests
